Spa Policy & Comfort
Late Arrivals Your late arrival will deprive you of your precious treatment time as your appointment will end on time to respect the next scheduled guest.
Children Our Spa cannot accommodate children unless they are scheduled for a treatment.
Hydration Remember to drink plenty of water after your treatment.
Comfort For your massage you'll be asked to remove your clothing down to your comfort level. Typically, most clients choose to remove all clothing excluding their underwear. You will be completely covered with the sheet & blanket and will enjoy the comfort of the heated massage table.
Cancellations Should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please give Teresa's a 24-hour notice.
You may be asked to for credit card information to reserve services.
If you fail to show for your appointment without calling to cancel, you may be charged up to 50% of the service fee.

Signature Massage

Incorporates traditional Swedish manipulations along with Hawaiian inspired Lomi Lomi massage movements. Includes hot moist towel compressions on the back & extremities. Your treatment begins with a full 30 minute massage on your back & neck and finishes your back massage with hot stones.

Swedish Massage

Firm but not too firm. This massage will relieve tense muscles & help release toxins to be flushed from the body with the help of plenty of water. One of our most popular massages.

Combo Massage

This massage combines therapeutic deep muscle and Swedish massage techniques to address chronic pain areas.

Deep Tissue Massage
( 30 min - $45 60 min - $65 90 min - $95 )
This massage consists of intense strokes and deep finger pressure while lifting the tissue. It helps to correct damaged muscles and release entrapment of nerves in soft tissue.
Deep tissue massage services employ greater pressure and work along specific muscular zones to relieve deep knots and tension that has built up in your body. This form of massage can also facilitate the release of lactic acid in your muscles to detoxify and improve circulation. Deep tissue massage is recommended for individuals who have received massage therapies previously and desire a deeper and more intense massage.

Therapeutic Prenatal Massage

This specialized massage service is provided to help mothers-to-be with the aches and pains that accompany pregnancy. A medically tested and safe prego-pillow will allow the mommy-to-be to enjoy the full benefits of massage. It safely supports the belly and alleviates shoulder and back discomfort.
Sore feet, stress, back pain, and other symptoms can be positively influenced through massage. Our trained therapists have the knowledge and equipment required to provide a safe and effective massage for expecting women.

Relax & unwind as we utterly pamper your feet and legs with out Signature treatment. Your feet are whirlpool soaked. Callus remover applied to tough callus & feet wrapped in hot moist towels. Enjoy an organic exfoliating scrub up to your knees & a moisturizing/mint mask on your legs. We then wrap your legs in hot moist towels & apply light compressions. After all this you can shut your eyes & relax as we massage your feet & legs.
