Spring class (Spring
syllabus)
Spring
classes begin in April with Anatomy, Physiology and Pathology
with classes on Mondays and Wednesday from 4 pm to 10 pm.
There will also be eight Saturday classes in this semester:

classes for the April 07 and Oct.06 class. Both fall and spring
classes are combined for Anatomy, Physiology, Pathology.

All Saturday classes are from 9
am to 3:30 pm.
Semester break will be July 29
thru August 5th.
Fall class
Fall class of 2007 will
begin October 2, 2007 with Massage. These classes are on
Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4-10 pm. Semester break will
be March 30 thru April 6, 2008. Students return for
second semester, Anatomy/ Physiology/ Pathology classes will
change to Mondays/Wednesdays 4-10pm. Students will begin their
Saturday classes every other week.
Clinical Internship (80
hours)
Students learn to use
personal observations, physical assessments, and information
from clients forms and interviews to design effective sessions.
As the student nears the culmination of the Massage Therapy
Training Program, students work in the School/Spa planning, executing,
and evaluating Full Body Massages, Upper Body Massages, Graber Detox Massages, and along with filing, helping out with duties
in the school/spa. Students will be working with the public under
supervision of an approved professional Massage Therapist.
Faculty members may at any time observe student/client
sessions. Feedback forms will be given after the session has
been completed, not during the session. Student will be required
to document clinical hours with S.O.A.P. notes to be review by
the Director of Education.
